In areas like Girdharipura and Katputli Basti, many children still lack access to basic healthcare. Through our Child Welfare initiative, we aim to bridge this gap by conducting regular medical assessment camps. These camps include general health check-ups, dental screenings, BMI evaluations, and other essential services that help identify and address health issues early. But physical health is only one part of a child’s overall well-being. We inculcate oral hygiene and handwashing habits among underprivileged children. We teach proper hand hygiene in a fun and engaging way, by way of documentaries followed by an interactive session and live demonstration. We provide an assortment of dental and hygiene kits for the children in order to eradicate the malice of poor handwashing habits. We also organise mental wellness sessions, interactive lectures, and preventive care seminars. These activities are designed to support children's emotional health, raise awareness, and build a more informed and healthier community. .

Personality Development Initiative empowers a large number of Economically backward youths with industry-relevant soft training that will help them in securing a better livelihood so that the industry receives the right skill, attitude, and self-motivated, confident candidates, which increases industry productivity. This includes vocational skills development, resume building, interview preparation, as well as professional etiquette. We also partner with local businesses and organizations to offer practical job placements and internships, ensuring that participants gain real-world experience and improve their employability. By equipping individuals with the necessary skills and support, our goal is to enhance their job readiness, boost their confidence, and increase their chances of securing stable and rewarding employment. Our primary goal is to bridge the gap between academic standards in education and actual industry conditions.
